Replacement Policy:

If you receive a license key that does not work as described, you are eligible for a free replacement. To request a replacement, please contact our support team at contact@techobtain.net with:

1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Valid proof that the key is not working (such as error messages or screenshots)

Our team will verify the information and issue a replacement key for the same product as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy:

We stand by the quality of our digital products. If you encounter issues with multiple license keys in your order that cannot be resolved with replacements, you may request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must first request replacements for any non-working keys.
• If the replacement keys still do not work, provide clear proof and a description of the issue.
• All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of your original purchase date

Once we receive and verify your information, we will process a full refund for the affected product(s).
